Privacy & Personal Data Processing Policy
This Policy sets out how personal data of users of libertycondophuket.com is processed and protected, in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.
1. Operator
The personal data operator is Individual entrepreneur Kaverin Denis Alekseevich (TIN 366230009615, state registration number 318366800095782), the “Operator”. Website: libertycondophuket.com (“The Liberty by Wallaya Villas”). Contact address: kaverinreal@gmail.com.
The personal data processing notice has been filed with Roskomnadzor, registration number 100341831.
2. Which forms collect data
Data comes only from forms you fill in yourself:
- the form in the page’s conversion block (“Get the selection, price list and calculation”);
- the form in the modal window opened from the header button;
- the form in the special-offer window shown when you leave the page;
- the selection quiz — its final step, where you leave your contact.
In each of them, submission is only possible after you tick the consent to personal data processing. The box is not ticked in advance.
3. What data is processed
You provide yourself:
- your name;
- a contact of your choice — phone number, email address, or Telegram / WhatsApp handle;
- answers to the selection questions: budget, purpose, preferred residence type, timing;
- the text of your enquiry, if you write one.
The following technical details sent by your browser are stored alongside the enquiry:
- IP address;
- browser and device details;
- the page the enquiry was sent from and the language version of the site;
- advertising referral tags (utm tags, ad-system click identifiers) and the referring address;
- details of your consent: the fact it was given, date and time, page address, form name and the version of the consent text.
4. Purposes of processing
- to contact you about your enquiry, prepare a selection of units and a calculation, and answer your questions;
- to keep a record of enquiries and evidence of the consent given;
- to measure site traffic and advertising performance — only with your consent to analytics cookies;
- to comply with the requirements of Russian law.
The data is not used for any other purpose. We do not send newsletters or marketing messages unless you ask for them.
5. What happens to your enquiry
Your enquiry is first written to the website server — Timeweb hosting, Russian Federation, the same server that runs this site. It is then passed to the sales team’s working channels:
- the Operator’s email;
- the amoCRM enquiry system;
- a working spreadsheet used to process enquiries.
All of these systems are located in the Russian Federation. No cross-border transfer of personal data takes place. Should such a transfer ever become necessary, this Policy will be updated in advance.
The Operator does not sell personal data and does not pass it to third parties for their own purposes.
6. Cookies and web analytics
The site uses Yandex.Metrica for visit statistics. The counter loads only after you accept analytics cookies in the banner at the bottom of the page. If you decline, or have not yet chosen, Metrica is not loaded and no data is sent to it.
Session recording (Webvisor) is disabled. Link-click tracking is disabled.
Your choice is stored in your browser together with its date and version and applies on later visits. To change it, clear the site data in your browser settings — the banner will appear again.
Besides analytics cookies, the site uses technical cookies required for it to work: they remember your choice and are not used for tracking.
7. Retention periods
Enquiries are kept for no longer than three years from the date of contact and are then deleted. If you withdraw your consent earlier, the data is deleted within thirty days of receiving your request.
8. Withdrawing consent and deleting data
Send an email to kaverinreal@gmail.com with the subject “Withdrawal of consent”, stating the name and phone number you used in the enquiry — that is enough to locate your record. We will delete the data from all systems listed in section 5 and confirm it by reply.
You are also entitled to obtain information about the processing of your data and to request its correction or blocking, at the same address.
9. Data protection
Data is transmitted between your browser and the site over a secure HTTPS connection. Access to enquiries is limited to the sales team. The server and the database are located in the Russian Federation.
10. Changes to this policy
The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always published on this page, with the revision date shown below.
