Yes, the price is for a fully furnished, turnkey apartment — move in straight away or rent it out.
Leasehold or freehold?
Both are available: leasehold at the base price or freehold with a ฿10,000/m² surcharge. Registration fee — 1.1% (leasehold) or 3.3% (freehold).
What is the payment plan?
