To contact you about your enquiry, prepare a selection of units and a calculation, and answer your questions about the project. The data is not used for any other purpose.

4. What is done with the data

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, use, transfer within the scope described below, deletion and destruction. Processing is automated and involves transmission over the internet.

5. Where your enquiry goes

Your enquiry is first written to the website server in Russia — the Timeweb hosting that runs this site. It is then passed to the sales team's working channels: the operator's email, the amoCRM enquiry system and a working spreadsheet. All of these systems are located in the Russian Federation.

No cross-border transfer of personal data takes place.

6. Validity and storage

This consent is valid until withdrawn. Enquiries are kept for no longer than three years from the date of contact and are then deleted. If you withdraw your consent earlier, the data is deleted within thirty days of receiving your request.

7. How to withdraw consent

Send an email to kaverinreal@gmail.com with the subject "Withdrawal of consent", stating the name and phone number you used in the enquiry. We will delete the data and confirm it by reply.
